Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu spotřebitelského chování a vývoj cen v oblasti kávového průmyslu na celosvětové úrovni, v Evropě a konkrétně v České republice. This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of consumer behavior and price development in the coffee industry at the global level, in Europe and specifically in the Czech Republic. Trends are monitored using measures of dynamics, descriptive statistics, regression, correlation analysis and time series analysis.
