The claim for the replacement in the framework of the CISG - the interpretation of the "open terms"
Abstract:
Cílem této práce je analyzovat postup vytýkání vad při mezinírodních kupních smlouvách. Práce vychází z interpretace tzv. "open terms" a rozboru judikatury národních soudů. V závěru podává doporučení pro kontraktaci.
Abstract:
The main objective of thesis is analysis of complaint procedure with international sales contract. Work appear from interpretation of open terms and analysis of practice of the nationals courts. In the end work gives recommendations for contractual proces.
