Strategy proposal for M&M Dresler s. r. o.

Abstract:

Dreslerová, R. Návrh strategie pro firmu M&M Dresler s. r. o. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendlova univerzita v Brně, 2021. Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na návrh vhodné strategie pro malý rodinný podnik M&M Dresler s. r. o. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a analytickou část. Literární rešerše je zaměřena na strategický management, v této části jsou přiblíženy metody používané v analýze prostředí a také principy při formulování strategií. V empirické části jsou následně tyto poznatky aplikovány. Strategie je navržena na základě analýzy vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí. Vnější prostředí je postaveno na PESTE analýze a Porterova modelu 5 hybných sil, vnitřní prostředí propojuje model 5 klíčových faktorů. Takto zpracovaná analytická část vyúsťuje v návrhovou část, kde jsou prostřednictvím SWOT matice formulovány strategie. Následně je sestavena jedna komplexní strategie, která je současně firmě doporučena k realizaci.

Dreslerová, R. Draft strategy for M&M Dresler s.r.o. Bachelor's thesis. Brno: Mendl University in Brno, 2021. This bachelor's thesis is focused on the design of a suitable strategy for a small family company M&M Dresler s. r. o. The thesis is divided into theoretical and analytical parts. Literary research is focused on strategic management, in this section the methods used in environmental analysis are brought closer, as well as principles in formulating strategies. In the empirical part, these findings are subsequently applied. The strategy is designed on the basis of an analysis of the external and internal environments. The external environment is based on PESTE analysis and Porter's Five Forces Analysis, the internal environment connects the model of 5 key factores. The analytical part thus processed results in the design part where strategies are formulated through the SWOT matrix. Subsequently, one comprehensive strategy is put together, which is also recommended for the company to implement.
