Předmětem diplomové práce je zjištění možnosti pěstování pšenice špaldy (Triticum spelta L.) v podmínkách výrobních oblastí České republiky. V letech 2018 a 2019 byly sledovány dvě odrůdy pšenice špaldy (Rokosz a Rubiota) v podmínkách ekologického i konvenčního způsobu hospodaření. The subject of this diploma thesis is to explore the possibilities of spelt wheat (Triticum spelta L.) growing in the Czech Republic. There were two varieties of spelt wheat (Rokosz and Rubiota) examined in terms of organic and conventional farming methods in 2018 and 2019.
