Lektiny jsou proteiny schopné reverzibilně a specificky vázat sacharidy. Tato schopnost je klíčová pro různé funkce a aplikace lektinů, zejména v oblastech biotechnologie a biomedicíny. Abstract:
Lectins are proteins with the ability to specificly and reversibly bind saccharides. This ability is crucial for various functions and applications of lectins, especially in the fields of biotechnology and biomedicine.
