Growth and characterization of thin films of functional molecules
Abstract:
V této disertační práci studujeme dvě třídy funkčních molekul: organické polovodiče a molekulární magnety. Tenké vrstvy organického polovodiče 5,11-bis(triethyl silylethynyl) anthradithiofenu (TES-ADT) jsou připraveny metodou spin-coating a strukturní změny těchto tenkých vrstev jsou studovány pomocí rentgenového rozptylu a optické spektroskopie v průběhu stárnutí při pokojové teplotě a během tepelného …moreAbstract:
Two different classes of functional molecules are investigated in the thesis: organic semiconductors and single molecule magnets. Thin films of organic semiconductor 5,11-bis(triethyl silylethynyl) anthradithiophene (TES-ADT) are deposited by spin-coating. Structural changes of the films during ageing at room temperature and during thermal annealing are investigated by X-ray scattering techniques and …moreKeywords
