Participation of municipalities in Most region at grant projects and their fruitfulness

Abstract:

Abstrakt Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zapojení obcí na Mostecku do grantových projektů a jejich úspěšnost. Autorka se zde zabývá regionální politikou a dotační politikou. Regionální politika ČR se snaží zabezpečovat vzájemnou provázanost s regionální politikou Evropské unie. Zvláštní zájem je věnován problémům měst a venkovských oblastí. S tím souvisejí grantové programy pro obce, které jsou vydávané na úrovni Evropské unie, České republiky a jednotlivých krajů, v této práci Ústeckého kraje. V aplikační části je vymezen okres Most a jeho sídelní struktura. Autorka dále rozebírá zapojení obcí do grantových programů, jejich informovanost o nich a oblasti zaměření programů. Analyzuje dotace, které by obce v budoucnosti chtěly využít a porovnává sousedící dva okresy z hlediska dotační politiky. Zároveň se snaží odhalit rizika a nejčastější problémy při zajišťování projektů v obcích na Mostecku.

Abstract:

Abstract Bachelor thesis focuses on the involvement of municipalities in the Most grant projects and their success. The author deals with regional policy and subsidy policy. The regional policy of the Czech Republic tries to ensure coherence with the EU regional politics. Particular interest is devoted to problems of urban and rural areas. This involves the grant programmes for municipalities, which are issued by the European Union, the Czech Republic and the individual regions, this work I concentrate on the Ustí Region. The application part is defined the Most district and its residential structure. The author also discusses the involvement of municipalities in the grant programmes, their awareness of programmes and curricula. She analyzes subsidies to municipalities they would like to use and compares the two districts bordering in terms of subsidy policy. At the same time she tries to detect the most common risks and challenges in securing projects in villages in the Most region.
