Privatizační proces v ČR
Abstract:
Cílem této práce je popsat a zhodnotit privatizační proces v České republice v první polovině devadesátých let. Práce obsahuje popis historického a společenského pozadí na počátku devadesátých let, dále popis jednotlivých privatizačních metod. Velký důraz je kladen na popis kupónové privatizace.
Abstract:
Objective of this thesis is to describe and to interpret privatization process in the Czech Republic in the first half of nineties. Thesis contains description of historical and social background in the Czech Republic in the beginning of nineties. Further it contains description of particular privatization methods. Voucher privatization is accentuated in this thesis.
