Abstract:
Základním tématem práce je smlouva o úvěru. Jsou zde uvedeny základní charakteristiky úvěrových produktů, jejich historie a vývoj na finančních trzích v České republice. Pozornost je věnována také dopadu ekonomické krize a její vliv na bankovní sektor. Práce je zaměřena především na jednu z nejzákladnějších potřeb obyvatelstva, otázce financování bydlení.
Abstract:
This work´ s basic theme is the credit contract. There is basic characteristics of loan products, their history and developments in the Czech Republic´ s financial markets. Attention is also paid to the impact of economic crisis and its influence for the banking sector. The work is mainly focused to one of the most basic people needs – the financing of own housing.
