Zastupovanie účastníka v správnom konaní

Plead for a party within an administrative proceeding
Abstract:
The aim of my bachelor work is to present the question of pleading for a party in administrative action. The work contains also explanation of notions such as administrative action, subjects in the administrative action, power of attorney, a party of an action.
Abstract:
Cieľom mojej bakalárskej práce je rozpracovať problematiku zastupovania účastníka v správnom konaní. Práca okrem problematiky zastupovania účastníka v správnom konaní obsahuje aj objasnenie pojmov ako sú správne konanie, subjekty v správnom konaní, plnomocenstvo, pojem účastník konania.
