The content of presented Thesis is the detection of main style and thematic features of the Bohuslav Vaněk-Úvalský´s prosaic works of fiction on the basis of their analysis and comparison. In the first chapter of the thesis the author and his works are introduced in short form of medallion and the works of fiction by mentioned writer are put into context of the Czech post-November prose.
