Avian Influenza and Its Spread
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na problematiku ptačí chřipky a její šíření. Obsahuje informace ohledně vzniku nových variant, jejich šíření do prostředí mezi ostatní ptáky, další zvířata a lidi. Zároveň se zabývá možnostmi zabránění zavlečení nákazy na naše území a postupy Státní veterinární správy v případě potvrzení ohniska. V závěru práce jsou shrnuta preventivní opatření a možnosti léčby.
Abstract:
The thesis is devoted to avian influenza and its spread. It contains information on the origin of the new variants, their spread to the environment among other birds, other animals and humans. It also deals with the possibilities of preventing the introduction of the disease into our territory and the procedures of the State Veterinary Administration in case of a confirmed outbreak.
