Fast food as an eating style of the current period

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce nese název Fastfood jako stravovací styl současné doby. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část práce obsahuje tři kapitoly. První kapitola se zabývá zdravou výživou. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na fastfood. Zabývá se charakteristikou a historií fastfoodu. Poslední kapitola teoretické části popisuje nemoci spojené s konzumací fastfoodového jídla. Praktická část je zaměřena na problematiku fastfood. Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit jaká je motivace lidí pro návštěvu fastfoodů a zda si uvědomují dopady fastfoodového jídla na jejich organismus. Tyto hlavní cíle jsou zjišťovány pomocí dotazníkového šetření.

Abstract:

My Bachelor´s Thesis takes the name fast food as an eating style of the current period. The labour consists of a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part consists of 3 chapters. The first chapter deal with healthy food. The second chapter is focused on fast food and deal with characteristic and history of fast food restaurants. The last chapter of the theoretical part describes illnesses, which are related to a consumption of fast food meal. The practical part is focused on issue of fast food. The main goal of this labour is to detect a motivation of people who are visiting this fast food restaurants and whether they realize which effects this meal has on their organism. These main goals are found out by the survey.
