Tato práce se zabývá určením minimální teploty aerobní biooxidace síry v kultuře Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans a sledováním snížené metabolické aktivity za účelem eliminace limitace sírou. Abstract:
This thesis deals with the determination of the minimal temperature of aerobic sulfur biooxidation by Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans and the observation of lowered metabolic activity in order to avoid sulfur limitation.
