Central Registration Location and its importance for businessmen in Zlin administrative district

Abstract:

Práce je zaměřena na oblast podnikání. Charakterizuje postavení živnostenských úřadů v České republice, podnikání v režimu živnostenského zákona, subjekty oprávněné podnikat a rozdělení živností. Vysvětluje a popisuje podstatu zavedení nového systému centrálních registračních míst, který byl zaveden na obecních živnostenských úřadech v České republice dne 1. 8. 2006. Zkoumá spokojenost podnikatelů s tímto systémem a zjišťuje, jaké jsou ohlasy od správních úřadů, které jsou s programem propojeny.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on the sphere of business. It deals with the position of Trades Licensing Offices in the Czech Republic, entrepreneurship according to the Small Business Act, physical and juridical entities licensed to carry out business activities and also with the division of trades. It also describes and explains the principle of Central Registration Locations, the new system introduced to the local Trades Licensing Offices in the Czech Republic on the 1st of August, 2006. The thesis studies satisfaction of entrepreneurs with the system and reaction of the administrative authorities, which are in connection with the programme.
