Economic evaluation of investment in the company

Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce je „Ekonomické zhodnocení investice v podniku“. Zhodnocení investice je provedeno pomocí techniky dynamických metod a porovnáním výkonnosti podniku před zavedením investičního projektu do provozu a po jeho zařazení. Tyto metody jsou pomocí literární rešerše představeny v teoretické části, v metodologické části jsou popsány postupy těchto metod a následně jsou aplikovány v praktické části na konkrétní investiční projekt, kterým je přestavba turistické chaty na apartmány. Tento projekt je prozatím pouze zamýšlený a práce slouží k bližšímu prozkoumání jeho ziskovosti.

Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor thesis is “Economic evaluation of investment in a company”. The evaluation of the investment is carried out using dynamic methods and by comparing the company’s performance before and after the implementation of the investment project. These methods are presented in the theoretical part of the thesis through a literature review. In the methodological part, the procedures of these methods are described and subsequently applied in the practical part to a specific investment project, which involves the conversion of a tourist cottage into apartments. This project is currently only intended, and the thesis serves as a possible plan for further exploration of company’s profitability.
