Bakalářská práce je věnována problematice řízení dobrovolníků v neziskovém sektoru. Jejím cílem je zhodnotit úspěšnost zavedených změn v práci s dobrovolníky organizace YFU CZ. It evaluates work with volunteers in specific organizartion, Youth For Understanding and review efficiency of introduced changes.
