Diplomová práce se zabývá významem Úmluvy o právech dítěte pro realizaci soukromoprávních vztahů. Popisuje postavení Úmluvy v českém právním řádu. Dále se soustředí na rozdělení ustanovení Úmluvy na samovykonatelná a nesamovykonatelná a významem tohoto dělení s ohledem na téma práce. This diploma work deals with the importance of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (hereafter referred to as the UNCRC) for realization of private law relations. The UNCRC is the first binding instrument of international law which is concerned solely with the rights of the child.
