Abstract:

Práce definuje, popisuje a hodnotí psychický stav žen v těhotenství. V práci jsou obsažena teoretická východiska, kde jsou popsány změny fyzické a psychické a například adaptace na těhotenství. Dále jsou popsány jednotlivé nejčastější psychické poruchy v těhotenství a posledním dílem teorie je posuzování a screening mezi těhotnými ženami. Na teoretickou část navazuje část praktická , kde byly zjištěny informace a data z průzkumu, kde byl vyhodnocen duševní stav žen za pomoci dotazníku.

Abstract:

The thesis defines, describes and evaluates the psychological state of women in pregnancy. The theoretical background of the thesis describes physical and psychological changes and, for example, adaptation to pregnancy. Next are described, the most common psychological disorders in pregnancy and the last part of the theory is assessment and screening among pregnant women. The theoretical part is followed by the practical part , where information and data were obtained from a survey to assess the mental state of women using a questionnaire.
