Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na přístupy vybraných zemí, které přispívají ke snižování zadluženosti obcí. První část je věnována charakteristice hospodaření na úrovni obcí, popisu obecních rozpočtů a způsobům snižující zadluženost obcí v jednotlivých zemích. The bachelor thesis focuses on approaches of selected countries that contribute to reducing the indebtedness of municipalities. The first part is devolved to the charakteristice of management at the municipal level, a description of municipal budgets and ways to reduce the indebtedness of municipalities in individual countries.
