Anotace:

Under the condition of market economy, companies have become the main body of market competition. The risks they face will be more complicated than the risks in any other economic system. Risk and enterprise risk management have become the key to the healthy development of modern companies. The management of risk has become a very important part of modern enterprise management. In this thesis, the risks of Chinese companies will be introduced. From an example of a Chinese company, there will be some general risks of Chinese companies and some recommendations. Companies should fully carry out market research, internal and external environment comparison, strengthen research and development efforts, and actively cultivate their own core competitiveness.
