Design of a safety clutch with a flexible coupling

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem, který kombinuje pojistnou a pružnou spojku v jenom zařízení. Hlavním cílem byl návrh pojistné části, ke které byl poté vhodným způsobem připojen pružný člen. Z tohoto důvodu byla provedena rešerše celým spektrem spojek, která pomáhá vysvětlit a vymezit problematiku, kterou se zabývá samotný konstrukční návrh. Pojistná spojka byla zvolena axiální kulič-ková a pojistnou sílu jí dodávaly tlačné vinuté pružiny. Byl proveden výpočet hnacího hřídele a následně dalších funkčních komponent. Celý průběh doprovázela tvorba 3D modelu, který pomohl co nejlépe optimalizovat celou zástavbu. Únosnost valivých elementů byla zkontrolována výpočtem kontaktních tlaků pomocí Hertzovi metody. V konečné fázi byl zvolen vhodný pružný element a navrženo jeho uložení v celém zařízení. Závěrem vznikla výkresová dokumentace popisující jednotlivé komponenty, se-stavu a montážní postup.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with a design that combines a safety and flexible coupling in one device. The main objective was to design a safety part, to which a flexible component was then suitably connected. For this reason, a search through the whole spectrum of couplings was created to help explain and define the issues addressed in the design itself. The locking coupling chosen was an axial ball coupling and the locking force was supplied by compression coil springs. The calculation of the drive shaft and subsequently other functional components was carried out. The whole process was accompanied by the creation of a 3D model, which helped to optimize the whole assembly. The load capacity of the rolling elements was checked by calculating the contact pressures using the Hertz method. In the final stage, a suitable elastic element was selected and its placement throughout the plant was designed. Finally, drawings describing the individual components, the assembly and the assembly procedure were produced.
