Abstract:
Práce se zabývá možnostmi genetické modifikace za účelem zvýšení fytoremediační schopnosti rostlin. Zaměřuje se na odstraňování těžkých kovů jako je kadmium a rtuť z půdy akumulací v rostlinných pletivech. Obecně jsou popsány mechanismy fytoremediace a metody genového inženýrství pro transformaci rostlinných genomů. The work concerns possibilities of genetic modification for the purpose of upgrading phytoremediation ability of plants. It is aimed at removing of heavy metals such as mercury and cadmium from soil through accumulation in plant tissues.
