Design and optimization equipment car repair station

Abstract:

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je návrh dispozičního řešení autoservisu s ohledem na ergonomické parametry a optimalizace jeho vybavení z důvodu zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti. Úvodní část je věnována současnému rozdělení typů autoservisů na území České republiky společně s výčtem legislativních a normativních předpisů závazných pro oblast autoopravárenství. Tato část je následována popisem jednotlivých pracovišť včetně požadavků na ně kladených. Je zde také vyobrazeno základní prostorové uspořádání provozovny. V hlavní kapitole je zpracován vlastní návrh dispozičního řešení nové provozovny a také návrh jejího vybavení od programového po fyzické. Práce je zakončena návrhem modernizace stávající provozovny autoservisu prostřednictvím jejího rozšíření o stanici měření emisí, provedena SWOT analýza pro vyhodnocení vhodnosti tohoto řešení a také vybrán konkrétní přístroj.

Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor thesis is to design a process layout of a car repair station and an optimization of its equipment with a consideration of ergonomic requirements to improve competitiveness. The first part is dedicated to sum up differences between car repair station types in Czech Republic and to list legislative and normative prescriptions which are obligatory for the field of car repairs. This part is followed by a description of each working station including requirements for them and an example of a common layout for a car repair station. A process layout of the new station with its equipment is designed in the main chapter of this thesis. The last part is dedicated to the modernization of existing car repair station by setting chosen emission station there and making a SWOT analysis to evaluate the suitability of this solution.
