Human relations and teamwork in the workplace
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje především na tým a týmovou spolupráci na pracovišti. V první, tedy teoretické části, se objevují základní pojmy charakterizující mezilidské vztahy, komunikaci a tým jako takový. V praktické části lze poté nalézt podrobně popsanou teambuildingovou aktivitu, která byla speciálně pro tuto práci připravena, zrealizována a následně vyhodnocena.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is focused on problems in human relations, team and teamwork in the workplace. In the first theoretical part are explained basic notions characterizing human relations, communication and team in itself.
