Bakalářská práce se zabývá detekcí gangliosidů v cerebrálních organoidech. Cerebrální organoidy jsou kultivované kmenové buňky, které představují 3D model živých tkání. Prostřednictvím cerebrálních organoidů lze analyzovat membránové glykolipidy, konkrétně gangliosidy, které mají řadu důležitých biologických funkcí. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis describes the detection of gangliosides in cerebral organoids. Cerebral organoids are a 3D model mimicking living tissues cultured from induced pluripotent stem cells. Membrane lipids, specifically gangliosides, can be analyzed in cerebral organoids. Gangliosides carry many important biological functions.
