Chronická lymfocytární leukémie (CLL) je lymfoproliferativní onemocnění, při kterém dochází k hromadění maligních B-lymfocytů s porušenou funkcí apoptózy. Chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL) is a lymphoproliferative disorder characterized by accumulation of malignant B-cells with prolonged survival due to defects in apoptosis.
