Anotace:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Komparace procesu restrukturalizace stavebnictví ČR a vybrané tranzitivní ekonomiky (Slovensko)“ je rozbor změn, které proběhly ve struktuře stavebnictví České republiky a Slovenské republiky v období od jejich samostatnosti, tedy od roku 1993. První část je zaměřena na teoretické souvislosti strukturálních změn, s důrazem na proces privatizace v Československu. Druhá část nastiňuje průběh konkrétních strukturálních změn ve stavebnictví nejdříve v České republice a poté na Slovensku z pohledu změny zaměstnanosti v odvětví, změny produkce, změny organizační struktury nebo vývoje jednotkových pracovních nákladů. V poslední kapitole je provedena komparace restrukturalizačních změn stavebního odvětví obou zemí.

Abstract:

The subjekt of the thesis „The comparison of the process of the restructuring of the construction industry in the Czech republic and the selected transitive ekonomy (Slovakia)“ is to analyze changes that happened in the construction of Czech Republic and Slovakia after 1993. The first part is concentrated on the theoretical connections with structural changes with the focus on privatization in Czechoslovakia. The second part outlines the course of concrete structural changes in construction first in Czech Republic then in Slovakia from employment, produkt, organization structure or unit labour costs point of view. The third part provides the comparison of structural changes in construction of both countries.
