Coaching/mentoring and its benefits to maximize business performance
Abstract:
Obsahem této práce je snaha se zaměřit na to, jak práce s koučem pomáhá vypracovat strategii rozvoje personálu a společnosti. To je obzvlášť aktuální v dnešní době, kdy se velké množství společností nachází v krizi, kdy je zejména potřeba výborná organizace zaměstnanců a zvýšení vzdělávání zaměstnanců na všech úrovních.
Abstract:
The content of this work is focused on how the work with a coach helps to develop a strategy for the development of the staff and the company. This is especially actual nowadays, when there is a large amount of companies in crisis, when there is a particular need for excellent organization of emloyees and increasing the education of them at all levels.
