Law of the European Economic Area, EFTA Court and Ties to the European Union Law
Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na to, jakou úlohu v Evropském hospodářském prostoru sehrává Soud ESVO. Je představena povaha práva EHP, klíčové rozsudky Soudu ESVO a vztah k judikatuře Evropského soudního dvora. Diplomová práce zkoumá pravdivost hypotézy: "Soud ESVO výraznou měrou přispívá k funkčnímu napojení EHP států ESVO na jednotný vnitřní trh Evropské unie."
Abstract:
The thesis focuses on the role of the EFTA Court within the European Economic Area. It introduces the nature of EEA law, key rulings of EFTA Court and the relation to the case law of the European Court of Justice. The thesis seeks to prove the validity of the hypothesis: "EFTA Court contributes to a large extent to a well-functioning connection of the EEA EFTA countries to the EU’s single market."
