Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení vybraného podniku na základě metody SWOT analýzy. Vlastní závěry a hodnocení bylo provedeno na základě analýzy vnějších a vnitřních faktorů s použitím SWOT analýzy, analýzy PESTE (PEST, STEPE), metody „7 S“ McKinsey a analýzy 4C + 3P. Výsledky těchto ukazatelů byly podkladem pro identifikaci nedostatků a navržení inovace subsystémů firmy.
Abstract:
The paperwork is focused on an evaluation of the selected company, based on SWOT analysis method. Own conclusions and assessments were made based on both external and internal factors analysis, with usage of SWOT analysis, analysis PESTE (PEST, STEPE), 4C + 3P analysis and method "7 S" McKinsey.
