Analysis of the municipal budget

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá municipálním rozpočtem obce Dolní Dobrouč. Cílem práce je analýza rozpočtu v letech 2006 až 2015 s výhledem do následujících dvou let. V první části je představena veřejná správa. Další část popisuje obec jako samosprávný celek se svojí působností. Navazuje teorie rozpočtu s jeho příjmy a výdaji. Ve čtvrté části je představena obec Dolní Dobrouč. Další dvě části jsou věnovány příjmům a výdajům rozpočtu obce a jejich analýze.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the municipality budget of Dolní Dobrouč. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the budget in years from 2006 to 2015 with prediction for next the two years. The first part introduces the public management. The next part describes the municipality as a local government with its activity. The work continues with the theory of a budge with its revenues and expenses. In the fourth part Dolní Dobrouč is introduced. The next two parts are dedicated to revenues and expenses of the municipality and their analysis.
