Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o šikaně a agresivitě na základních školách. V teoretické části jsou zpracovány vědecké poznatky o agresivitě a šikaně, jsou tu obsaženy definice souvisejících pojmů, stejně jako právní pohled na tyto jevy. This bachelor thesis deals with the aggression and bullying at primary schools. In the theoretical part there are scientific findings about the aggression and bullying, definitions of the terms connected with this area as well as the point of view of law on these phenomena.
