Abstract:

Potravinářský průmysl čelí zásadním výzvám. V budoucnu bude třeba zajistit výživustále více lidí na světě. Vědecký výzkum předpovídá, že do roku 2050 se početobyvatel zdvojnásobí. Pro zemědělce to znamená, že musí maximalizovat svojiproduktivitu. Současně však před zemědělci stojí výzva, aby přijali udržitelnémetody produkce. Tyto požadavky pocházejí od politiků na jedné straně a odspolečnosti na straně druhé. Výzvy, které představují růst populace a potřebaudržitelnosti, však znamenají, že se zemědělci dostávají do střetu zájmů. Například,podle vědeckých výzkumů, není možné maximalizovat produktivitu a zároveň maximalizovatudržitelnost. Cílem „inteligentního zemědělství“ je spojit tyto dva problémya vytvořit tak symbiózu produktivity a udržitelnosti. Toho má být dosaženoanalogově hardwarem nebo digitálně softwarovými nástroji. Rozsah výzkumu natoto téma je zatím malý a je většinou kvantitativní. Tato studie si klade za cíl představitkvalitativní pohled na potravinový hodnotový řetězec s cílem identifikovatklíčové faktory příslušných vrstev hodnotového řetězce pro implementaci těchtotechnologií.

Abstract:

The food industry faces essential challenges. In the future, more and more people inthe world will have to be fed. Scientific research predicts that the population willdouble by the year 2050. For farmers, this means that they must maximize theirproductivity. At the same time, however, farmers are also being challenged to adoptsustainable production methods. These demands come from politics on the onehand and from society on the other. However, the challenges posed by populationgrowth and the need for sustainability mean that farmers have a conflict of interests.For example, according to scientific surveys, it is not possible to maximize productivitywhile maximizing sustainability. "Smart Farming" aims to combine these twoissues and thus create a symbiosis of productivity and sustainability. This is to becreated in analogue by machines or digitally by software. The small amount of researchon this topic is mostly quantitative. This study aims to present a qualitativeview of the food value chain in order to find out the key drivers of the respectivevalue chain layers for the implementation of these technologies.
