Práce se zabývá politickými soudními procesy v komunistických režimech v období od roku 1945 do roku 1960 jako nástroji legitimace těchto režimů. Vysvětluje průběh legitimizace komunistických režimů v jednotlivých zemích i různou míru potřeby jednotlivých režimů tuto legitimitu obnovovat v souvislosti s jejich vnitřním vývojem i v korelaci s mezinárodní politickou situací. This thesis concerns with show trials in communist regimes in period between 1945 and 1960 as with tools of legitimacy of these regimes. It describes developement of legitimacy of the communist regimes in different countries and different need of individual regimes to restore the legitimacy in connection with their inner developement and in corelation with international political situation.
