The reform streams in terms of current primary school

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce pojednává o reformních proudech primárního vzdělávání, které jsou v současnosti v České republice k dispozici. Teoretická část se zabývá nynější podobou primárního vzdělávání, jeho strukturou a možnostmi, které žákům nabízí. Podrobněji se pak zabývá alternativními školami, které u nás momentálně fungují, a zaměřuje se na jejich charakteristiku. Empirická část se pak zabývá případovou studií nově vzniklé základní školy zaměřené na Pedagogiku Marie Montessori. Ověřuje její fungování v komparaci s teoretickými poznatky, zjišťuje důvody a průběh jejího vzniku, zabývá se charakteristikou personálu a principy na jakých je fungování školy vystavěno.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the reform of primary education streams that are currently available in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part deals with the current form of primary education, its structure and possibilities that are offered to pupils. In detail, it deals with alternative schools that are working at the moment, and focuses on their characteristics. The empirical part deals with a case study of the newly formed elementary school focused on the pedagogy of Marie Montessori. This part verifies its operation in comparison with theoretical knowledge, identify the reasons and process of its creation, it deals with the characteristics of the staff and the principles on which the function of this type of schools is built.
