Abstract:
Bakalářské práce na téma "Diagnostika pohybového aparátu začátečníka ve fitness centru" pojednává o problematice diagnostických vyšetření a analyzuje několik takovýchto vyšetření. Hlavní podstatou diagnostického vyšetření je u jedince rozpoznat zkrácené, ochablé svaly a špatné pohybové stereotypy.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis "Diagnosis of musculoskeletal of the beginner in fitness center" deals with the issue of the diagnostic tests and analyzes several such tests. The essence of the diagnostic tests is to recognize shortened, flabby muscles and poor movement patterns of the individual.
