Abstract:
Absolventská práce se zabývala odměňováním, funkcí mzdy a jejími formami. Byla popsána podstata mzdy, hrubé mzdy – její příplatky a kompenzace (příplatek za práci přes noc, atd.). Poté byl objasněn pojem superhrubá mzda, minimální mzda a čistá mzda. Praktická část se zabývala podrobným výpočtem čisté mzdy za rok 2020 a 2023. The graduate thesis dealt with remuneration, the function of wages and its forms. It described the essence of the salary, the gross salary - its allowances and compensation (overtime allowance,...).
