Abstract:

Účelem bakalářské práce je analýza podstaty zdroje financování společnosti a návrh optimálního způsobu financování společnosti. Bylo by nutné prokázat znalosti a schopnosti studenta získané v průběhu bakalářského studia. Informace použité pro teoretickou i praktickou část jsou převzaty z vhodných knih, webového zdroje a statistické databáze a zpráv publikovaných společností. Výše uvedené informace budou vysvětleny v teoretické části a analyzovány v praktické části pomocí nástrojů finanční analýzy. Na základě výsledků výzkumu a analýz provedených v praktické části budou vyhodnoceny možné výsledky realizace projektu. Abychom to shrnuli, po provedení všech výzkumů a hodnocení by byl pro podnik uveden návrh alternativního způsobu financování.

Abstract:

The purpose of the bachelor thesis is analyzing the essence of the source of financing of the company and suggestion of an optimal way of financing for the company. It would be done to demonstrate the knowledge and abilities of the student gained throughout the Bachelor studies. The information used for both theoretical and practical parts are taken from appropriate and suitable books, web-source, and statistical database and reports published by the company. The information mentioned earlier is going to be explained in theoretical part and analyzed in practical part by using the tools of financial analysis. Based on the results of the research and analyses made in a practical part the possible outcomes of the project implementation would be evaluated. To summarize, after all the researches and evaluation would be made, the suggestion of alternative way of financing would be given for the enterprise.
