Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na chemické a nutriční charakteristiky rýže. Obsahuje základní popis rýže jako rostliny, složení rýžového zrna po chemické stránce, popis vybraných druhů rýže a stanovení základních chemických či nutričních charakteristik.
Abstract:
The aim of the diploma thesis is to establish the chemical and nutritional characteristics of rice. Further, the work includes a main description of rice as a plant, chemical structure of rice grain and nutritoin characteristics.
