The method of telepractice and its use in speech therapy practice

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na praktické využívání metody telepractice v logopedické praxi. V teoretické části bakalářské práce jsou vymezeny pojmy logopedické intervence - diagnostika, terapie a prevence a teoretické vymezení metody telepractice. Praktická část je realizována prostřednictvím kvalitativního výzkumu. Výzkumné šetření je vedeno formou rozhovorů s logopedy. Dané rozhovory jsou následně vyhodnoceny pomocí otevřeného, axiálního a selektivního kódování. Cílem práce je zjistit, jakým způsobem je využívána metoda telepractice samotnými logopedy v praxi.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focusing on practical application of telepractice method in the field of speech therapy. The theoretical part of the thesis discusses the terminology of the therapy speech intervention - diagnosis, therapy and prevention, and theoretical definition of the telepractice technique. The practical part of the thesis is realised through the form of qualitative research. The study was conducted via interviews with speech therapists. These conversations are subsequently evaluated with open, axillary, and selective coding. The aim of the thesis is to find out in what ways is the telepractice method used directly by the speech therapists in practice.
