New Trends in International Banking Industry

Abstract:

První část této práce se stručně zaobírá historickým vznikem a počátečním vývojem samotného bankovnictví. Následujicí část textu je potom věnována již novodobější historii, související s evropskou integrací, tedy vznikem EU, měnové unie a například dále například opatřením proti praní špinavých peněz. Druhá část této práce se potom věnuje současné podobě bankovnictví, s důrazem na vliv moderních technologií na jeho dosavadní vývoj. Dále se práce věnuje současné evropské integraci v platebním styku a společné regulaci bankovních institucí. Zároveň se tato část textu věnuje i současné zadluženosti některých států eurozóny, v čele s Řeckem. Třetí část se potom věnuje nastupujícím trendům v bankovnictví, přičemž značnou roli zde hraje opět vliv moderních technologií. S tím souvisí i obsah dalšího textu, který se věnuje novým možnostem financování a dále například vzniku virtuálních měn. Čtvrtá část práce se potom věnuje predikci dalšího vývoje bankovnictví, vzhledem k rychle vznikajícím technologiím a pokračující integraci či globalizaci. Práce se v této části textu zaobírá například novým způsobem financování P2P, možným rozvojem sekuritizace v ČR, predikci dalšího vývoje v platebním styku, financování či samotných bankovních služeb. Dále se tato závěrečná část zabývá predikcí možné další integrace EU a dalších států světa.

Abstract:

There is a brief discussion about the historical origins and development of banking in the first part of this document. The following part the attention is paid to more recent history of European integration, the emergence of the EU monetary union and for example measures against money laundry. The second part of this document focuses on banking system in its current form, with emphasis on the impact of modern technology on its recent development. Furthermore, the work includes a view on current European payment system integration and joint control of banking institutions. At the same time, this part of text deals with current indebtedness of some European countries, especially Greece. The third part is devoted to new trends in the banking sector, with a significant of modern technology impact, which lead us to finding new funding opportunities or the emergence of virtual currencies. The fourth part is devoted to the prediction of banking sector further development, due to rapidly emerging technologies and ongoing integration and globalization. Work in this part of the text deals with new ways of P2P financing, potential development of securitization in the Czech Republic, the prediction of further development of payments and predicting possible future integration of EU and other countries all around the world.
