Influence of Surface Structure on Biofilm Formation
Abstract:
Cílem práce bylo studovat adhezi bakterií pomocí změn drsnosti povrchu a daný povrch charakterizovat. Broušením byly připraveny vzorky z polypropylenu s různou topografií povrchů, následně došlo ke kontaminaci bakteriemi v koncentrovaném bakteriální roztoku a ke změření počtu přichycených bakterií na vzorku po jednodenní inkubaci. Abstract:
The aim of this master thesis was to study bacterial adhesion in relation to surface rough-ness and the surface characteristic. Samples were prepared by grinding process from Poly-propylene material with varying topography of the surface. Next, the surface was contami-nated by bacteria in concentrated bacterial solution and afterwards was measured the num-ber of adherent bacteria after one day incubation …more
