Abstract:

Disertační práce sleduje dva hlavní cíle: objasnění fenomenu přirozeného práva a doktriny moderního právního státu a jejich interakcí v demokratické společnosti. Práce pojednává o pojmu přirozených práv a moderního právního státu. Zabývá se podstatou obou těchto právních jevů v celém vývoji od klasického liberálního právního státu k demokratickému právnímu státu současnosti.

Abstract:

The dissertation has two following main purposes in view: the explanation of the phenomenon of natural law and the doctrine of the modern state according to law, and their interaction in a democratic society. It deals with the idea of natural law and the concept of modern state according to law. It focuses on the substance of both these legal phenomena in the whole of their development from the liberal state to the current democratic state according to law.
