The use of the concept of gentle arms of parents in physical therapist practice

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem Něžná náruč rodičů v praxi fyzioterapeuta. Je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je nejdůležitější popis handlingu podle konceptu Něžná náruč rodičů. Dále jsem se zde věnovala neuromotorickému vývoji a jeho vyšetření a postnatálnímu vývoji dítěte od narození do jednoho roku života.V praktické části jsou uvedeny cíle, hypotézy, charakteristiky sledovaných subjektů a metody kazuistického šetření. Hlavní část výzkumu tvoří čtyři kazuistiky, které se zabývají efektem handlingu podle konceptu Něžná náruč rodičů jako následné terapie i jako prevence vzniku odchylek od psychomotorického vývoje jedince. Po vyhodnocení výsledků mého kazuistického šetření jsem zjistila, že koncept Něžná náruč rodičů je možné v praxi využití jako terapeutickou metodu ale i jako prevenci vzniku odchylek v psychomotorickém vývoji dítěte.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with a concept of the Gentle Arms of Parents in Physiotherapie Praxis. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part.The key point in the theoretical part is the description of handling according to the concept of the Gentle Arms of Parents. In the theoretical part I also paid attention to neuromotor development screaning and postnatal development of a child from birth to 1 year of age.In the practical part there are targets, hyphothesis are characterictics of the observed subjects and the methods of casuistic investigation . The main part of the research are four casuistries. These casuistries are dealing with the effect of handling according to the concept of the Gentle Arms of Parents as a following therapy and also as a prevention of development of deviations of psychomotor development of an individual. After evaluating the results of my kazuistic examination I found that the concept of the Gentle Arms of Parents can be used as a therapeutic method in practice, but also as a prevention of deviations in psychomotor development of the child.
