Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vztahem morálky a práva, který vymezuji pomocí základních pojmů, jako jsou společenská morálka, přirozené právo, právní moralismus, legitimita, pluralismus. Ve druhé části se zabývám vztahem práva a morálky konkrétně ve vztahu k homosexualitě. Je zde vysvětlen pojem homosexualita, nastíněn historický vývoj jak v oblasti právní, tak v oblasti morální. This thesis deals with the relationship of morality and justice, which I define using basic concepts such as social morality, natural law, legal moralism, legitimacy, pluralism. In the second part the thesis deals with the relationship between law and morality, specifically in relation to homosexuality.
