Educational action and its effects on employees in companies
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na kapitoly zabývající se teoretickou částí: organizací z hlediska právní formy vlastnictví, personalistikou, ochranou zdraví a bezpečností při práci a andragogikou. V praktické části byl proveden výzkum výchovného působení a jeho účinků na zaměstnance v organizaci.
Abstract:
This work is divided into chapters dealing with the theoretical part: the companies in terms of legal forms of ownership, human resources, health and safety at work and Adult Education. In the practical part there is a survey of educational action and its effects on employees in companies.
