Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem územní zástavbové studie lokality u hřbitova v Bromově. Hledá řešení, které nebude rušit pietu místa, ale zároveň umožní aktivní využití daného prostoru. V popisné části se zabývá definováním důležitých termínů týkající se dané problematiky zejména z oblasti územního plánování a pohřebnictví. Konkrétně se např. jedná o požadavky na navrhování nových pohřebišť v současnosti. V aplikační části je blíže charakterizováno území, areál sousedního hřbitova a lokalita, kde je studie řešena. Je zde také uvedeno porovnání analogických hřbitovů z České republiky i ze zahraničí, které slouží obdobně velkým městům, nebo jsou něčím inspirující. Dále je zde posouzena kapacita tohoto pohřebiště vůči čtyřem možným spádovým oblastem. Z vyhodnocení vyplývá, že kapacita je v současnosti vyhovující. Na základě zhodnocení všech podkladových materiálů a průzkumu území jsou navrženy tři možné varianty řešení. Posouzením variant je určeno nejvhodnější řešení území, které je poté blíže specifikováno. Zvolené řešení člení lokalitu na plochu parku s naučnou stezkou, hřišti a sportovišti, plochu pro rozšíření bytové zástavby a územní rezervu pro rozšíření hřbitova. Tato varianta je z hlediska architektonicko-stavebního řešení detailněji rozpracována.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with proposal of a study of built-up area for locality near to the Broumov cemetery. It looking for solution that will not disturb piousness of the place, but it will allow active utilization of the space. There is definition of important terms related to the topic in the descriptive part, especially from regional planning and funeral services e.g. requirements for projecting of new burial grounds. In the application part, there is closer characterized the area, nearby cemetery site and locality of focused area. There is also referred comparison of analogical cemeteries from the Czech Republic and abroad in towns with similar population or they are inspiring somehow. Capacity of this cemetery is evaluated in relation to four possible catchment areas. Result of the evaluation is the capacity of cemetery is sufficient currently. On the basis of evaluation of all foundational materials and exploration of the area are proposed three possible variants of solution. The most convenient solution, determined by evaluating of variants, is closely specified then. Selected solution splits locality into area of park with educational path, playgrounds and sports fields, area for extension of residential district and territorial reserve for extension of the cemetery. This variant is more detailed developed from architectonical-structural solution point of view.
