Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je vytvořit podnikatelský plán, který demonstruje, jak může být mobilní aplikace vyvíjena a jak s ní vstoupit na trh. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část umožňuje čtenáři vhled do podnikání, konktrétně startupu. Dále zahrnuje definice, pohled podnikatele na podnikání, různé zákony, strukturu podnikatelského plánu a různé analytické nástroje. Praktická část je věnování aplikování teoretické části v praxi. V tomto případě bude tato část aplikována na mobilní aplikaci QuickJOBS. Podnikatelský plán pomůže přepovědět určité překážny a naplánovat jak se s nimi vypořádat.

Abstract:

This Bachelors thesis is aiming to create a business plan showing how a mobile application can be developed and put on the market. It is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part gives the reader an insight into the business and startups in particular. It includes definitions, businessman view on a business, rules, legislation, structure of a business plan and different business analysis tools. Then the practical part is the about putting the theoretical part into the practice. In our case it will be applied on QuickJOBS mobile application. Doing so should help the project to be ready for the future obstacles and find a plan to proper overcome them.
