Computer tomography and magnetic resonance of the small intestine and colon

Abstract:

V této práci se zabývám problematikou počítačové tomografie a magnetické rezonance tenkého a tlustého střeva. V dnešní době představují tyto metody moderní způsob zobrazení a díky stále vyvíjejícím se technikám a přístrojům může být dosaženo kvalitní diagnostické informace. U tenkého a tlustého střeva přispívá počítačová tomografie a taktéž i magnetická rezonance k odhalení řady onemocnění. O patologických stavech se zmiňuji na začátku mé bakalářské práce, kde jsem popsala i anatomii tenkého a tlustého střeva. V další časti se nachází výše zmíněné zobrazovací metody a dále popis průběhu vyšetření jak pro tenké i tlusté střevo. Uvádím součásti, které k počítačové tomografii a magnetické rezonanci patří, jako jsou kontrastní látky a nežádoucí účinky, ke kterým může v průběhu vyšetření dojít. V poslední části jsou přiblížené vyšetřovací metody tlustého střeva pomocí endoskopie. Předmětem mého zájmu bylo i vyšetření MR enteroklýza, kterou podrobněji popisuji ve studii.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the issue of the computer tomography and magnetic resonance of the small and large intestine. Nowadays, these methods represent the latest way of display and thanks to the development of technologies and apparatuses high-quality diagnostic information may be achieved. The computer tomography and magnetic resonance are conductive to the disease detection of the small and large intestine. Firstly, pathological states are mentioned and the anatomy of the small and large intestine is described. The main part of this thesis is focused on the methods of display and the description of the small and large intestine examination. The special attention is given to the components of the computer tomography and magnetic resonance such as contrasting substances. Furthermore, undesirable effects that may appear during the examination are introduced. The last part concerns endoscopy as the examinational method of the large intestine. Finally, MR enteroclysis is described in details as the centre of author?s attention in the empirical part.
